Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations Policy

At ORISENSCE, we want you to love every scent you purchase from us. However, if youβre not fully satisfied, we gladly offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchange requests within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and protective materials must remain intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Exchange Process

3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original product and receiving the replacement item.
If the exchange is required due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item), Orisensce will bear all related shipping costs.
4. Exchange Availability
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired item is not available, customers may:
- Choose a different product of equal value, or
- Receive an online coupon for the value of the returned item, redeemable for a future purchase.
5. No Returns for Change of Mind
Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preferences, or dislike of fragrance or product after purchase. We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before ordering.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or compromised-quality product, contact our support team immediately.
After verification, we will issue an online coupon or discount code equal to the value of the affected item, which can be used for a future purchase.
7. Non-Exchangeable Items
Products purchased during clearance, promotional, or sale campaigns are not eligible for exchange unless the item is received in damaged or defective condition.
8. Orders Placed Before Sale Campaigns
Orders placed prior to the start of any promotional sale are not eligible for sale prices or discounts introduced later. This ensures fair pricing for all customers.
9. Order Cancellations
Orisensce reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to:
- The item being out of stock
- Product not meeting quality standards
- Payment issues (e.g., declined transaction by the issuing bank)
Customers may cancel their order any time before processing.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the Exchange Policy will apply.
In such cases, instead of a refund, a credit note or discount code will be provided.
